Scott Langen is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Upfront Consulting and brings with him 20+ years of executive-level experience in strategic and project management. 

Scott brings with him a strong background in executive leadership, project and change management, organizational development, strategic planning and implementation, community engagement and facilitation expertise, risk management experience, direct program design experience, and business case/financial analysis. Prior to consulting, Scott held progressively more senior executive roles within both the public and non-profit sectors. Scott has an MBA (1998) from the University of Regina, completed his CMC designation in 2013, his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2014, received his certificate in Prosci Change Management in the summer of 2016, completed the Agile PMP Essentials Course in 2017, and recently completed the Introduction to Six Sigma in 2018.
