Shawn brings more than 25 years of public, private and not-for-profit sector experience to the UpFront team. Shawn's areas of focus include corporate strategy development and implementation, customer experience strategy and execution, project/portfolio management, change management strategy and coaching, stakeholder engagement services, and communications management. Shawn is a current member of the prairie chapter board for the International Association of Stakeholder Professional (IAP2) and has previously served on the local board for the International Association of Business Communicators. Shawn is a certified Customer Experience Professional, maintains a Prosci Change Management Certification, and earned has his Hammer business process mastery.
