Stakeholder & Community Engagement 

Our team has tremendous expertise in the area of multi-stakeholder consultations and engagement. Our engagement experience and approaches include leadership and one-on-one interviews, organizing focus groups, community gatherings, hosting and organizing gatherings and Talking Circles, information sessions, virtual engagement, as well as larger “Town Hall” open houses (e.g. Global Cafes).  We have worked with the private sector, all levels of government, non-profit organizations, Metis and First Nations communities, and third-sector organizations.
