Sydney is a  graduate from the University of Regina, where she completed her degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Sydney also graduated with a recognition in Indigenous Studies. 

Throughout Sydney's experience working with Upfront Consulting for the past three years she has built her skills and expertise in project management, strategic planning and implementation, research and survey development, community engagement, facilitation, and business case/financial analysis.

Sydney has recently completed a certification in Project Management, is certified in Managing Financial Record and completed a certification in Introduction to Lifecycle Consulting. She thrives in a creative workspace, with ample opportunity for learning and growth. She is excited to be working with a wide range of clients, and a knowledgeable, supportive team.
